Our assessors are highly skilled with FirstRate for thermal performance ratings (NatHERS). We are also able to deliver BCA section 3.12 deem to satisfy energy reports and Section J energy reports.

Amazing turnaround times on all projects

Once we receive all the required information most energy ratings are completed within 24hrs. If there are no issues to be resolved the project is then certified and the report completed. Further consultancy and possible changes to reach compliance may increase the turnaround time of ratings.
